CSRS Disclosure Program

The CSRS Disclosure Program was designed in an effort to provide 100% transparency and confidence in its educational programming. As such, all members, as well as presenters, authors and meeting registrants are require to disclose ALL financial interests/relationships he/she and/or a member of his/her immediate family have had with any pharmaceutical, biomaterial, orthopaedic product, device, or equipment company or supplier over the last 12 month period.

CSRS does not view the existence of these interests or commitments as necessarily implying bias or decreasing the value of your participation in its activities.

CSRS policy further requires members to disclose certain detailed information related to each identified Conflict of Interest, to which a limited number of CSRS Staff requires access. This detail will NOT be provided publicly.

For the purposes of any CME event or enduring program, the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) requires any contributor to disclose conflicts of interest.

All Financial Disclosures are subject to review and subsequent inquiry by the Ethics Committee. In the event additional details are sought, prompt and complete responses are mandatory in order to comply with CSRS' Disclosure Policy.
