*All payments must be made in order to get the appropriate booth selection

  • June 30 - Advance/Discount pricing ends 
  • July - Booth selection begins for priority, advance, and any paid regular priced booths. 
  • September – GES service kits emailed to all exhibitors
  • October - CSRS selects booth location to any paid exhibitors that selected “Discount Booth Selection”
  • October 30 -Exhibit Booth sales close (dependent on availability).

Exhibitor Portal

All accepted and paid exhibitors receive access to the CSRS exhibitor portal where the event planner can access all meeting tasks and view deadlines assigned to your company. Once you create your account, you will be able to do the following:

  • Register complimentary staff.
  • Review and complete your assigned tasks - Select "Tasks" in the left-hand navigation. Click "View" next to each task to manage it. Click "mark task complete" when finished.
  • Update your profile - Select "Profile" in the left-hand navigation. Click “Options”, and then “Edit” profile. Upload a company logo, add a description, and update your contact information. Click “Save” when done.

Corporate Group Registrations

  • Please do not use the group registration option to register your complimentary registrants. This must be done through the special link found in the exhibitor portal.
  • Group registrations are due November 20.

Rules and Regulations

It is advised that all participants adhere to the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth and successful event for all attendees and exhibitors. Failure to comply may result in the denial of future participation. 

Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled before or on June 30 – 20% cancellation fee
  • If cancelled July 1 - September 25– 80% cancellation fee
  • After September 25 - No refunds
