• Advance Pricing: $4,500 – if booked and payment received by June 30, 2026
• Discount Pricing: $4,200 – CSRS will select your booth location - Payment must be received by June 30, 2026
• Regular Pricing: $5,200 – if booked and payment received after June 30, 2026 

Each 10x10 booth includes:

• Two complimentary Annual Meeting registrations, including scientific programming and breakfasts, breaks and a reception.
• A 6’ draped table, two chairs, a trash can and one ID sign.
• Your company description in the final program and mobile meeting app.

Exhibit Hall Coffee Break

Be recognized as a supporter of one of the daily breaks on Thursday or Friday in the exhibit hall. Your company will be acknowledged by signage in the break area and recognized in printed materials. You may also provide branded cups and napkins.

Exhibit Hall Product Theater

Host a ten-minute industry talk in the CSRS exhibit hall available to all meeting attendees during one of the meeting exhibit hall coffee breaks. CSRS will include the talk and speaker name in the final program, mobile meeting app, and on exhibit hall signage.
