Industry Lunch Workshop

This is your opportunity to showcase products, demonstrate techniques, or present research to a captive audience. Includes:

• A private workshop room with classroom seating for 40, head table for two, and a podium.
• AV package with projector, screen, slide advancer, table microphone and, one handheld.
• Box lunches for 40 attendees.
• Company name, program title, and speakers included in final program.
• Company logo and description included in meeting mobile app.
• Two complimentary meeting registrations.
• An easel outside the meeting room. Companies may provide their own 28”x30” sign outside of the workshop meeting room.

Attendee Wi-Fi Access

Help attendees stay connected during the meeting by providing access for wireless-enabled devices. CSRS will prominently acknowledge in the final program book and on meeting signage. CSRS will work with hotel to determine if company logo can be displayed on Wi-Fi splash page.

Meeting Mobile App

Brand your company on the annual 
meeting app with a banner ad that will pop up when attendees open the app. In 2024, 60% of attendees utilized the meeting app to get their information.
