Registration Change, Cancellation, and Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy
In person registrations cancelled on/before October 9, subject to an 10% cancellation fee.
In person registrations cancelled October 10-November 3, subject to an 30% cancellation fee.
In person registrations cancelled after November 3 will not be refunded without medical or military excuse.
No refunds available for On-Demand content.
Wire Transfers & Checks
Registration is pending until payment is received.
Registrants may pay for their Annual Meeting registration fees by check. Please note that check payments for advance registration must be postmark dated October 9, 2023 or earlier. If payment is not postmark dated by this date, your advance registration will be cancelled. Check for regular registration must be received by November 21, 2023. If payment is not received by this date, your registration will be cancelled.
