Preexisting hypo-lordosis of cervical angle less than 10 degree was not a contraindication of postoperative cervical kyphotic change after posterior cervical foraminotomy (PCF). Older age and Pfirrmann grade of more than IV were risk factors for cervical alignment aggravation after PCF.
